What to include in your enquiry
- Your nationality and current country or city.
- Your last entry date, present visa or residence status and any expiry date.
- Your work, company, property, study or family plans.
- Whether your spouse or children will also apply.
- Any refusal, request for documents or approaching deadline.
A short message is enough to start. If you have received a refusal or another letter from the authority, mention it and tell us when it arrived so we can check any deadline. We will explain how to share the document if needed.
